Get ready

For the registration process, you will need the following:

• An email address
• Your year of hire (please refer to your Annual Pension Statement)
• Your date of birth
• The last 3 digits of your Social Insurance Number (SIN)

Create a password

Your password must include the following:

• 1 uppercase letter
• 1 lowercase letter
• 1 number
• 1 special character

Visit the member Portal

1. Visit the member portal by visiting https://www.msbapension.ca/ and clicking on “Visit the Member Portal”.
2. Register your account, ensuring you have all the required information. Complete all the fields and click Register to finish your registration
3. Log in. You can now log in with the username provided by Ellement and the password you created. Before using the Member Portal, you must agree to the Terms of Use

Navigate the Member Portal

Account Info: View your personal information and change your password.

Employment Details: View your hire/entry dates and current account balance.

Beneficiaries: View currently listed beneficiary(s).

Work History: View the contributions reported from your contributing employer(s).

Pension Estimator: View different retirement options with our convenient pension calculator

Tip: The Member Portal is available in English and French. You can switch the language using the language selector located at the top right of the portal.
